In QuickBooks, you can access/run multiple companies from the app or its browser version as long as you have user access to the company file. If you're using the same login credentials for those companies, you will be able to see them from the list.

If you want to switch to another company, you can just click on the Gear icon on the account that your working on and hit on Switch company.
However, please know that QuickBooks Online only allows one company per subscription. If you want to add multiple accounts, you'll need to sign up for a new QBO account. It means that each company you create will have its own subscription. But if you already have an existing account, you can use the same login credentials when signing up and switching between Companies..
