Question

Error linking with a 3rd party specialist software

I am using a mechanic's software which takes care of my invoices and integrates with QB. However upon trying to link both up I get the attached message. I spoke to QB and they advised that my subscription facilitates 3rd party software and they don't integrate with the platform in question which isn't true. Can anyone here shed some light on what the issue might be?

Thanks a lot 🙂

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community forum, Oli. We appreciate you sharing the screenshot of the alert message you encountered.

The reason you've come across this notification is that QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) doesn't support third-party app integrations or connections. With that in mind, you may want to consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online (QBO), which offers the ability to connect with a wide range of supported third-party apps to better meet your needs.
