Hi, How do I make taxes inclusive on my quickbooks mobile app I have managed to do it on the online site but it hasn’t translated to the mobile app

Hi there, @shaq3.

If you're trying to create an invoice with Inclusive tax in QuickBooks Online mobile app, you can do it by clicking the Tax Is section. You can choose either the tax is Excluded from amounts or Included in amounts.

You can take a look at the below screenshot for your visual reference.

Hi,

thanks for your help. How do I set the default to inclusive of taxes as currently my default is exclusive (see below)

Hello Shaq3, thanks for coming back to us here, so the way to set it as a default is you need to go to the main cog wheel>account and settings>advanced>accounting>click on default tax rate selection- change this from exclusive to inclusive>click on save and done
