To disconnect an account that's connected to Online Banking in QuickBooks, simply follow the steps below:
1. Sign into QuickBooks on the web
2. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions. 3. Optional: Make a note of the date of the last transaction. This will prevent you from downloading the same transactions twice if you reconnect your account. 4. Select the bank account you need to disconnect. 5. Select the pencil icon Image of the edit icon, then select Edit account info. 6. Select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox. 7. Select Save and Close.
