I can’t do anything on the app it just says manage subsciption

Yet online it lets me send invoices etc just issues with the app, please help

Hi liamallon92-iclo, please first check that you have the correct app installed for your subscription type - for your Simple Start subscription, this should appear as QuickBooks Accounting and not QuickBooks Self-Employed. 🙇‍♀️
