I have Simple Start billed via Google Play. I need to upgrade my existing company to Essentials, but Google Play doesn't offer a plan change. Can you help?

Since Google Play doesn't offer a plan change option for your subscription, you'll need to cancel your Google Play subscription and re-subscribe directly in QuickBooks Online to upgrade from Simple Start to Essentials.

Google Play controls the billing relationship, so you can't change plans in QBO's billing settings, which is why the upgrade option isn't available.
