Question

Is anyone else having trouble with the QB online desktop app? I like to work with 2 screens but the File/New window option just keeps logging me out! Thanks

Thanks for your question, Welcome to the UK Community Page for QuickBooks Online.

 

With our desktop app, you'll find an option to Reset App Data within the Help options of the desktop app. Try this, and see if it helps things return to normal for you.

 

Failing that, I'd recommend uninstalling, re-downloading and re-installing the desktop app; if these both don't help change the outcome, just let us know.
