Question

Is there a stock/customer management system that integrates with Quickbooks? Thank you for your suggestions!

I've started a Fruit Tree Nursery and have lots of stock needing manually assigned to customers as orders come in. Does anyone know of a good Excel template or software that could integrate with Quickbooks for to track orders?

Congratulations on starting a new business, Adam. While the QuickBooks Sole Trader plan doesn’t currently support third-party application integrations, you have the option to upgrade to a higher version, such as QuickBooks Online (QBO).

With QBO, you can link a stock or customer management system to help you monitor your business activities. If you've decided to upgrade, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Sole Trader account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Click the Upgrade your plan option.
  4. Choose the plan you want.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.

Please let us know in the comments if you have additional questions. We’re always here to help.
