There are times that unusual behavior happens in the mobile app because of the existing cached data. To fix the issue, I recommend you perform some troubleshooting steps.
Please start by clearing the app data. Refer to the steps below.
From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
Click Refresh Data, then hit Refresh.
Close the app.
Power down and restart your device.
Reopen the app.
