My quickbooks app wont let me connect to my HSBC kinetic account, i have allowed access from my bank app, but quickbooks still wont let me connect in the app or online?

Let me share some information about connecting the HSBC Kinetic account with QuickBooks Online (QBO), callum-gardentof.

Currently, HSBC Kinect bank is unable to connect to QuickBooks bank feeds. Please read at the link that tells you which banks are available to connect: Understanding if you can connect your bank feeds to Open Banking.

You may want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks. Here's how:

1. In QuickBooks Online, go to Bookkeeping, select Transactions, then select Banking.
2. Select Upload transactions.
3. Select Drag and drop or select files and then select the file you downloaded from your bank, then select Continue.
4. From the QuickBooks account ▼  drop-down, select the account you want to upload the transactions into, then Continue.
5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks, select Continue.
6. Select the transactions you would like to import, select Continue.
7. Select Yes.
8. When you accept your transactions, select Done.

Once your transactions are in QuickBooks, you need to match and categorise them.
