The first thing we need to make sure of is that the QuickBooks Online mobile app is updated. Visit the App Store or Play Store and update it from there. If the same thing happens, it's best to uninstall, then reinstall it. You also want to upgrade your OS or operating system to ensure that your device is compatible with the app.

 

If what you meant is the QuickBooks Online Desktop App, please note that the support and software updates have been stopped. This means that there'll be no more bug fixes that can result in issues. You'll want to use a supported browser instead, like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and log in to https://qbo.intuit.com/.
