Hello, @hiking_hounds_wi. I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with crashes while trying to log in or send important information. Let me help you get past this issue.
To get started, ensure you have a strong internet connection and that your app is up to date.
If the app continues to crash, clear the data of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) app. This will reset the app to its original state and clear out any issues caused by outdated or corrupted data.
Here's how to do it:
For iOS
Navigate to the Help menu.
Select Reset App Data.
Click OK.
For Android
Head to the Home menu or press the three dots in the upper right corner.
Tap on Settings.
Select Refresh Data.
Click Yes.
If clearing the app data doesn't do the trick, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Alternatively, you can use QBO in a web browser to get things done while we resolve this.
In case the issue persists, our support team is available to assist you directly. You can reach a live agent by calling Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM or chat live with them Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 10 PM and on Saturday & Sunday from 8 AM to 6 PM.
I'm here to help with any other QBO-related concerns you might have. Making sure you can smoothly handle your business tasks in our app is my top priority. Take care.
