If you're referring to importing transaction data, the option is unavailable. Currently, you can only upload your Customers, Suppliers, Accounts, and Products and Services into the system.

You'll need to enter each transaction manually into the second bank account. Another workaround you can try is to search for a third-party application with the ability to import data on your behalf.

You can visit the App Center to search for applications though we can't suggest which one you should use. Here's how:

Log into your QuickBooks account.
On the left navigation bar, click Apps.
Use the search bar or the Browse category option to find apps.

If you're trying to upload bank data to an account not connected to bank feeds, please follow these steps:

Log into your bank's website.
Download the bank transactions to your computer.
Sign into your QuickBooks account.
Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
Select the Banking tab.
Click the Update ▼, then press File upload or Upload from file.

But that is not what I am doing

These are already transactions I have

I just want to change them all at the same time and add them but get the error in the screen shots
