Dear Team

 

I have a matter involving my banks I can not discuss freely here- how can I call the team in UK and Ireland to talk it through?

 

It relates to my balance versus "in quick books amount"

    I know how sensitive the banking issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @ben-miroconsulti. That's why I'm here to guide you in contacting our customer service team to discuss it over.

     

    We've updated our support options in QBO. You'll have to schedule a callback to talk to one of our UK and Ireland representatives. This will let you arrange the time at your convenience. Here's how:

    1. Go to the Help menu.
    2. Choose Contact Us
    3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box. 
    4. Click Let's talk
    5. Select Get a callback. 
    6. Enter your contact details. 
    7. Hit Confirm my call

     

    I've attached a screenshot below for your reference.

     

    Additionally, the In QuickBooks amount will depend on the added or matched transactions in QBO.
