Community Forum won't let me post???

In the Community, everyone can post their queries and seek help regarding their Intuit account. Have you tried opening your account using an incognito/private browser? If not, we can open your QuickBooks using an incognito/private browser to determine if it's a browser issue. 

The browser's cache saves files on your computer, enabling the website to download faster on your next visit. However, it can also become outdated, leading to website access problems. 

We can open your QuickBooks account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved.  

Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to start working with a clean slate. Once you have removed the cache, you may need to log back into any websites or services you previously logged into and check if you can post in the Community. Heads up, the Private message is already disabled in the system. This is the reason why it didn't work on your part.

If you continue to experience the same issue, consider using a different supported browser. This may help to resolve the issue and provide a better browsing experience overall.
