File Transportation

Hi, there.

We are using Quickbooks Basic , single user only.

We have avail upgrading it to Multiple User-Premier Edition.

They have transported the files from the Basic to Premier.

Now that we are making another company in the Premier Edition we need files to be transported but the provider is declining saying it is not covered ?

As per to my understanding it should be cover right?
