    Hi there, saiengworks1.

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll provide information about the data availability to ensure you're able to see or reactivate your QuickBooks account.

Intuit stores your company data for 365 days after the cancellation date in read-only access. If you resubscribe within that time, your data will still be available. With this, I suggest resubscribing your QuickBooks Online.

    Here's how:

    1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
    2. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the top.
    3. Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings
    4. Choose the Billing & Subscription section. Then,  Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
    5. Hit Subscribe.

Once done, log out and log in again to your QuickBooks account. Then, go back again to the Billing & Subscription tab. From there, check the next charge date. If it's a date in the past, you'll have to contact our QuickBooks Support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring. For additional information, you can refer to this article: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If your Quickbooks account is more than 1 year, Intuit deletes the data after that. That said, reactivating the previous QuickBooks account is unavailable. However, you can contact our QuickBooks Support to check and verify if they can restore your previous data or books for you. Otherwise, you'll need to subscribe to a new account and start from the beginning.
