Issue with adobe flash player !!!

Hello,

 

Recently, I reinstalled windows 10. But regrettably, I no longer be able to re-install the Quickbooks!!!

because of the adobe flash player..... please see the attached screenshot.

 

Can you help to solve this issue ?

    Hello there, @MoH.  I appreciate you for posting it here, and providing a screenshot.

     

    Looks like you're using QuickBooks Desktop. The Adobe flash used for QuickBooks is still being worked on by our engineers. We're aware of the Adobe Flash concern and are working on this.

     

    Also, I'd recommend checking the system requirements for QuickBooks Desktop. This ensure you'll have best experience when using the program.

     

    If you're still experiencing an issue when reinstalling QuickBooks, we can use the QuickBooks Tool Hub to fix this.
     

    Follow these instructions to download and install the tool:

     

    1. Close your QuickBooks.
    2. Download the QuickBooks Tool Hub file.
    3. Open the QuickBookstoolhub.exe file. It gets saved in the download folder.
    4. Follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
    5. Click Finish and double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.

     

    From there, let's run the Quick Fix my Program tool from the Tool Hub.

     

    1. In the QuickBooks Tool Hub, select Program Problems.
    2. Select Quick Fix my Program.
    3. Retry installing QuickBooks.

    Try reinstall and run your QBD 2011 in compatibility mode Win 7 on your Win 10.
