QUICK BOOKS SUPPORT

Thanks for asking the Community today. Currently, our means of support for the Global version is through chat and posting here in the Community forum.

I'll show you how: 

1. Log in to QBO, then go to the (?) Help menu at the upper right. 
2. Select either Assistant or Search, then type a question, keyword or topic for QuickBooks Online self-help content.
3. Select contact us and choose a way to connect with us:

• Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.

Aside from our Chat Support team, you can also post the detail of your concern here in the Community. We'll be glad to answer all your concerns, should the issue won't have to require us to access your business information. 

For your future reference, you'll want to visit and browse some of our Help Articles with related topics that will guide you more with any of your concerns.
