Hi,

We are using QuickBooks accounting integration using api and will allow our customers to connect to their QuickBooks companies.

But we are facing issues with multiple user connections with their QuickBooks companies and due to multiple connections refresh token is changing for other users as well.

So please suggest how would I manage it and if any article is available then please share so I can go through it.

Thanks.

Regards,

Gajendra

    Hello there, @Gajendra Paliwal.

I'll make sure you're able to integrate your customers' company seamlessly into QuickBooks Online without having issues in getting the refresh tokens.

First off, working with QuickBooks integrated with an API or SDK software is addressed by our team, separately, consisting of experts in the field of programming.

Therefore, I suggest contacting our developer team and letting them know about the application not sending the correct number of generated sales receipts from QuickBooks to Salesforce. You can do so by following the steps below:

    1. Go to Intuit Developer Support.
    2. Select QuickBooks Online.
    3. Click Ask a question.

Lastly, I'm adding this reference so you're able to track the status of your discussion as well as the latest updates from our developer team: Intuit Developer Blog.

It'll always be my pleasure to help if you've got other questions aside from working with application integrations in QuickBooks. Use the Reply button below to leave your comment so that I can lend a hand. Take care always!
