Setting up additional bank accounts beyond the default account

I am using QB essentials and I am using the French version. The default bank account shows up in the bank section and can be reconciled etc. The other two that I set up do not show in the bank screen although they are in the chart of accounts.  Is this situation of only seeing one bank account a feature of QB essentials, or am I missing a step.  I have the same issue with setting up a credit card.  The code is set up in the chart of accounts, but I cannot upload transactions into the code.  Any help will be considered

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community, @andrewper-gmail-. I’ll share some information about bank accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

     

    Only bank accounts that are connected to online banking will show on the banking page. Let's make sure that all the bank accounts connected to your company are connected to your online banking.

     

    Here’s how you can connect them:

     

    1. From the left navigation pane, select Banking menu.
    2. Select Bank.
    3. Click the Connect an account or Link account.
    4. Look for your bank, and select Continue.
    5. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed.
    6. Select any accounts you want.
    7. Choose how far backward you'd like to download transactions.
    8. Select Connect.

    On the other hand, can I ask what bank institution you are connected with? Or can you provide me with additional information, such as screenshots? This way, we can double check why these accounts aren't showing up on your banking page. Further information would be highly appreciated.
