App crashes when I click on categorised transactions

    I want to ensure you can categorise transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Andrew. Let's work together to fix this.

     

    Beforehand, may I know if you receive an error message before the app crashes? Any additional information or screenshots will help us resolve the issue.

     

    In the meantime, refresh the app to fix some data issues. You can follow the steps below depending on your phone's operating system.

     

    For the IOS version:

     

    1. Go to the Menu icon and tap Help & Feedback.
    2. Select Refresh Data.
    3. If you get a prompt message, "Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes."
    4. Tap Refresh to confirm.

     

    For Android:

     

    1. Go to the Menu icon, then tap More Options ⋮.
    2. Click Settings, then Refresh Data.
    3. Select YES to confirm.

     

    If you get the same result, I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

     

    Additionally, have you tried logging into your account to a web browser? If not, I suggest doing so to categorise your transactions.
