1. Go to the Gear icon and select Accountant.
   
   
2. Choose the Invite Firm option.
3. Fill in your Accountant's First name, Last name, and Email address in the appropriate fields.
4. Click Save to send the invitation to your Accountant.

Once completed, your Accountant will receive an email invitation to log in or create an account and manage your file in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
