chat box not working in Chrome? Workaround

And the "more info" link doesn't even work. Seriously - you charge an absolute FORTUNE for this product and yet your support is awful and the banking links regularly fail. As small business owners we have enough stress to contend with, without this level of incompetence from software that is meant to help! Perhaps spend less on advertising and  more on sorting your product and service levels?!?!?!

Stop giving people "badges" - we are trying to run our businesses, not play a computer game! What are we, 12? How do I get a responsible adult to actually help??

I apologise for the experience you have had reaching support through our chat feature. To verify, are you accessing this by selecting the 'Help' icon within your account > Lets talk > Start a chat? Do you have the same issue on any other browsers?
