Does the bank feed renew itself instantly? I have gone through 'reconnect' with my bank login and nothing seems to have changed on Quickbooks.

Yes, it does. Normally, the system automatically downloads the transactions around 10 PM Pacific Time every night. Although, it depends on the bank on when they'll send the transactions. 

Can I have the name of your bank? I can check with our engineers and see if they're fixing the connection. 

Reconnecting the bank helps refresh the system. Though, we can try other steps to renew your bank feed. 

Have you tried manually updating the bank in QuickBooks? If not, you'll want to go to the Banking page, then click on the Update button. It will take a while for the system to sync with your bank. We also recommend doing this at least three to five times to make sure your transactions will download. 

Scheduled maintenance can also affect the bank feed connection. You might want to check your bank's website to see if they're having it. The transactions would usually come in after. If not, you can manually update your bank again to bring them in.

When your bank feed is updated, you can match and categorise your transactions.
