Every time I input a journey on my mileage the app closes and I have to reopen it. I could always enter multiple journeys until recently. Any idea how to stops this?

Before diving in, could you confirm whether you've encountered any error messages and specify if you're using iOS or Android?

If you're using an Android device, make sure you have a stable internet connection and keep both your app and device updated.  

To refresh your data, follow these simple steps:

1. Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮
2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Tap YES to confirm.

Next, you'll want to check your app's or phone's settings and clear the cache. This removes junk files, improving the app's stability and ensuring accurate mileage tracking.

If you're using an iOS device, I'd highly recommend contacting our live support team to further diagnose what's causing your app to suddenly close. They have the access and tools to further investigate the problem. 

Alternatively, you can still access your QBO account using any supported mobile web browser.
