Few days ago, I subscribed on QB, but after importing my data, there were lots of errors. I had to cancel the subscription & subscribed again, but I've been charged 2x

Why have I been charged twice since QB advices that we cancel our subscription in order to wipe the account and start the subscription again?

The most possible reason why you've been charged twice is that the first charge for the first account was processed before the cancellation. I suggest contacting our Customer Support Team so they can check the history of your accounts. That way, they can see what really the reason for these two charges.
