To request a refund, please fill out our online refund request form. This option is available even if you purchased the product from a third-party retailer. However, if you bought it through an app store (such as Google Play or Apple's App Store), you will need to request a refund through the applicable app store instead.

Please note that the 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for this policy, and pro-rata refunds will not be issued.
