Hi I cant invite my accountant to my quickbooks. I have followed the instructions in the help menu but there is no "manage users" option in my settings

Only Admin or Standard users with all access are the ones who can add an accountant. 

If you're still unable to see the option, a browser-related issue might cause this. Missing options in QuickBooks Online are usually the result of outdated cache files in your web browser.

To fix this, you can log in to your QBO using a private browser and add your accountant. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
• Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

If you can do it successfully, you can go back to your regular browser and clear the cache storage to remove the browser's history. If the same thing happens, you can use other support browsers.
