Hi, I have a client who wants to download data into quickbooks do they need to be an admin user to do this?currently I am the only admin user and they are just standard?

Welcome to the Community.

For a standard user they are able to import the files into Quickbooks from the cog in the top right hand corner>import data> select the one you want to import in such as customers for example.

As long as the standard user, when they first set it up they have all access and the user status is no to all, they will be able to import the data in.
