HI, I have just created a new client thinking he would be taking one of my Placeholder subscriptions but I dont think he has - can you amend this for me please

We don't actually have access to change anything on your client list such as clients and placeholder accounts. However I can offer guidance in this instance.

In order for you to assign a placeholder account to one of your clients, you will need to go into that account itself and invite them to the books as a user. You will then need to rename the books within that file and lastly amend the client name as it is shown on your client list.

If you have created a new client within your list and then chosen a subscription for them, they will show as a new client on your wholesale outside of your placeholder subscriptions. To correct this, you would need to cancel this company from your wholesale billing and assign the client to the placeholder as described above.
