It is not possible to delete the trial account as there is no billing associated, instead this will expire when the trial period ends and will be listed as a cancelled company on the company-selector screen during login.
If you do not wish to view this here, you would need have another user on the account delete you as a user.
If you are the only user on the account, you can follow the steps below to remove yourself as a user:
1) Sign-into the trial account and go to to the Cog Wheel > Manage Users
2) Add yourself as a new Company Admin user with a different (secondary) email address which you have access to
3) Sign-into your secondary email and accept the invitation
4) Sign-in with the original email and go to Manage Users > Select the drop-down beside the new user > Select 'Make Master Admin'
5) Sign back into your secondary email inbox to accept the Master Admin invitation
6) Sign in to QuickBooks with the secondary email, then go to Manage Users > Select 'delete' on the drop-down against the original user
You will then be logged directly into the subscribed company when you use your original email address.
