How can I add another user to my account. I went for essentials so this should be available. But there is no add user option in settings. And no upgrade option either

If you have a look at this article it tells you the steps you need to take in order to add  and manage users in QuickBooks. 

If you're not seeing the options after your upgrade you might need to clear your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it, log back in and try the steps again.
