How do I add an extra contact under My Accountant?

You can learn how to add, manage, or delete user profiles on our Community guide. 

Please note, your subscription level determines how many users you can add. Certain roles (like Reports or Time tracking only) don't count toward your user limit. 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) Essentials allows 3 users, QBO Plus allows 5 users, and QBO Advanced allows 25 users (accountant users don't count towards this).
