I'll ensure you'll be able to add your accountant.

 

You can add up to two accountants in QuickBooks Online. To provide them access to your QBO company, you'll need to send them an invitation. I'll show you how to do it.

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Manage users.
  3. Click the Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Enter your accountant's email address, then Invite.
  5. Enter your accountant's info and hit Save.
