When you remove a client from your list, you lose all access to their company. If you're currently the primary admin for your client's company, you'll have to transfer the primary admin role to them first.
Then, remove them from your wholesale discount plan. Take note that they'll need to update their billing information to get full access to their accounts. After that, you may now remove them from your client list. Here's how:
Sign in to QBO Accountant as an admin.
Select Clients.
Find the client you want to cancel, then select their name.
In the Edit client drop-down menu, select Delete permanently
