How do I link bank account when I’m getting this error 6031 - Unable to Step Up as process requires the user to be Access Level 40 (Two Factor/ PINsentry).

I'd like to assist you in linking your bank account to your QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, can you specify what bank you're trying to link? From there, I'll be able to provide you the right resolution. 

I'd appreciate any additional information you'd share. In the meantime, let's upload your bank transactions in your QBO. Let me guide you how.

Before we start, download the transactions first from your bank. Once done:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. Select Upload transactions.
3. Select Browse and select the file you downloaded from your bank.
4. Click Next.

Once done, you can now match and categorise the transactions.
