Once you sign in to your QBO company, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. If not, please follow the steps below how:
Log in to your QBO account.
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Your Company, choose Account and Settings.
Select Billing & Subscription, then Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
Click Subscribe.
Log out and log back again.
Then, go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings
Choose Billing & Subscription.
From there, check the Next charge date. If the date is in the past, feel free to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support Team to avoid back-filling charges. This way, they can pull up your account in a safe environment and assist you further.
