My accountant set up the subscription for me few years ago, but now I want to do it myself so I cancel my accountant and they obviously stop the subscription. I want to renew the subscription but I don't have a desktop computer and I don't seem to find how to renew it through my mobile phone..
Hello jiar24-hotmail-c, If you go through the browser on your mobile phone and then sign in if the accountant has removed themselves from the billing it should allow you to go to the cog in the top right>account and settings>billing, and then it should allow you to enter your billing details. Any issues just reply back to this thread.
