I am new to quick books and I do not appear to have a transaction tab but my accountant does, please can anyone help?

The Transactions is new to the QuickBooks Online interface. Under this menu, you can go to the Banking, Rules, Receipts, or Tags tab.

For other users, they can still see it as the Banking menu.

This update is still ongoing which is rolled-out by batch. Hence, your QuickBooks Online will soon show the Transactions menu in the future.
