I can't reconnect my credit card to QB self employed and there is no longer a support service other than posting to the community. Anyone else having this problem?

To assist you better, could you please share the name of your credit card? Also, let me know if you’re encountering any error messages when trying to reconnect. This information will help me provide you with the most accurate guidance.

 

In the meantime, I recommend checking your credit card’s website for any alerts or maintenance notifications that might be affecting the connection.

 

If you’re still unable to reconnect your credit card account, as a workaround, you can manually import your credit card transactions to your QBSE account to keep your records up to date.
