I have a problem woth Iphone app. It keeps logging me out randomly. I have to input my email and password even though I set up touchID.

As of the moment, there’s an investigation taking place concerning our QuickBooks Online mobile app. Our engineers are currently working on a fix.

I recommend contacting our Customer Care team to add you to the list of affected users. Once you’re added, you’ll receive a notification via email once the resolution is implemented. Please know that they’re most available on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, and also includes Saturday starting 6:00 but only ends at 3:00 PM.

You can open your QBO account on a web browser or utilize another device to contact our Customer Care team. Then follow these steps:

1. Select the (?) Help menu.
2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter this statement on the box “QBO app on iPhone keeps logging me out randomly.”
4. Hit Let’s talk.
5. Choose to Get a call.
