I have cancelled my subscription. I do not need to use Quickbooks because i am on PAYE. Can i have my £199 refunded

Under our satisfaction guarantee, you can get a refund if you bought your annual plan within the last 60 days. Monthly subscriptions or older payments do not qualify for any prorated money back.

If you purchase directly from Intuit, here's how to process your request:  

1. Open the Intuit refund request form.
2. Choose the product you wish to have refunded.
3. Enter your order/bill number and the associated email address.
4. Select Find my bill details.
5. Check your transaction details and select the item(s) to be refunded.
6. Choose a reason for your request, complete the contact fields, and hit Submit.
