I have purchased QB online for my client and I am paying the subscription. How do I stop QB bombarding my client with 'helpful' emails about apps, etc?

QB must have access to his email address as a user of QB. My Client clicked on the Unsubscribe link but keeps receiving emails so he has asked me to help him Unsubscribe from ALL QB emails. Can you please advise how to do it. Many thanks.
