I keep trying to cancel my subscription, but I am asked to call a number which is inconvenient because I no longer am in the UK. So I have just cancelled via my bank

Since you’re unable to call, you can cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription directly within QuickBooks.

 

Before doing so, we recommend exporting your data, reports, and lists to ensure you have the information you might need in the future.

 

Here's how to cancel:

 

  1. Log in to QBO as an admin user.
  2. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner and select Subscriptions & billing.
  3. Locate the product you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
