Having looked in the background for you under your email address, we can see you have two accounts one is self-employed that is being billed through the app store so either Itunes or google play and the other is billed though us at intuit and is a small business product the simplestart. So that is why you are being billed twice, you're being billed for 2 products you have taken out for QuickBooks.
