I’m having trouble connecting my bank account?

To begin, can you specify which bank you're trying to sync with QBO? Additionally, have you encountered any error codes or messages during the process? This will help us check if there are existing alerts that can be related to your concern.

Start by adding Intuit as a trusted site. Then, use the most up-to-date versions of these supported browsers when logging into QuickBooks Online:

• Google Chrome: version 78 or newer
• Mozilla Firefox: version 76 or newer. 
• Microsoft Edge: version 79 or newer
• Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)

After that, go back to the Banking page and check if you're able to make a connection with your bank.
