I need to shrink the page as I cannot see the whole page on my screen and cannot see the scroll bars either. How do I adjust the page to fit my screen?

Let's adjust your browser settings or screen configuration to display QuickBooks Online properly.

 

First, adjust your browser zoom settings. Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and press - (minus) to zoom out, or use the browser menu in Chrome or Firefox to set the zoom level to 100%. Next, check your computer's display settings and ensure the resolution is 1024x768 or higher with Scale and Layout set to 100%.
