Question

I've had a dozen emails in the last couple of minutes from Intuit.com saying my email address has been updated. I have not updated it. Should I be concerned?John

Hello, @john-hunt.

Emails coming from QuickBooks Online or Intuit are usually sent through this address: do_not_reply@intuit.com.

If you’re receiving a suspicious email, I suggest not opening it to avoid getting harm to your account or computer. You can report it to our Security Team's email address.

Also, please secure an antivirus program to your computer and make sure it's up to date so that it can detect any malware or viruses.

You can also contact our support team so they can check this for you.

Here’s how:

  1. Click on the Help button on the upper right and choose Contact Us.
  2. Paste your question in the text box and click Let's talk.
  3. Choose between Message an agent or Get a callback. These options are available during their office hours.
