Can i cancel the free trial
Writing this as a query we have around one of the aspects of QuickBooks, does something called "Customers Jobs" ever exist in QuickBooks Online? We are just trying to spot this anywhere in the QuickBooks if at all available. Any assistance would be hugely appreciated! Many thanks in advance!Saurabh
I used my private bank account from Oct to Mar to purchase stock and fit out my shop before we opened. I then opened a business bank account where the majority of my transactions take place now. To make it easy to capture all the relevant business transactions over the Oct to Mar period I linked QB to my private bank and downloaded all the transactions from Oct. I have been through them and Excluded those that are personal and categorised those that are for the business. There are 316 transactions categorised and 209 that are excluded. How is the best way of now reconciling the bank account. It appears to be a problem because of the excluded transactions that I am looking for guidance on how to resolve in my books. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello! I had quickbooks online on my android phone with a paid subscription on google play store. I moved over to iphone and deleted my subscription thinking I could resubscribe on the App Store. So at the moment I really can’t see how to subscribe again to access my full account. Has anyone had any issues like this or is there a way I can contact customer support?

Hello, I have closed my account but am still getting 'critical' (though now, obviously, irrelevant) emails from QB, how do I get rid of these please? There is no unsubscribe button provided.
I have received a couple of e-mails saying: "Hi there,We’re still unable to collect your Direct Debit payment for the invoice to for £ . We tried collecting the open balance of via Direct Debit. In most cases, this is due to the customer having insufficient funds in their bank account. Since we’ve made repeated attempts to collect payment and have not been successful, we have unscheduled Direct Debit payment for this invoice. You have the option to retry by opening the invoice in QuickBooks and scheduling it for Direct Debit again.If you have any questions or need help, please don’t hesitate to ask us on https://community.intuit.com/quickbooks-online-uk" As usual, Intuit e-mails are hopeless because they give no information as to which account they are referring to. In this case, no reference to their invoice number, amount or dare. As far as I can see, my account is still active. Intuit really needs to get it's act together. There is no point send

I'm setting up a small new business a valeting service and I'm unsure which accounting software package I need to get it'll be 90% Plus cash payments invoiced as in I'll be going to homes and companies and normally they just pay the cash even though I will still be doing the invoicing I want to complete to package that will help me when it put the day to do the accounts the invoice in the tax the VAT everything can you advise which package do I need

I would like to know what this means While you can have unlimited sub-customers, parent accounts can only have sub-customers up to four levels deep. Many thanks
Why have I had an ema telling me I'm in the last 10 days of my trial period when I've actually been using QuickBooks for years?
Hello. I joined QuickBooks through apple on a promotional offer of 99p monthly from June to December 2023. Thereafter the cost will be £14.99. This subscription is still valid and running. But I keep receiving emails from QuickBooks stating that my subscription will be ending on 20 September, please renew it to avoid losing your data?
We need to change our Primary Admin but this function in QuickBooks doesn't seem to be working.The current Primary Admin logs into his account, goes to "Manage Users", clicks the 3 dots next to another team member and chooses "Change Primary Admin". A notification appears at the top of the screen saying "Primary Admin was changed". But it hasn't changed - the original user is still shown as Primary Admin and nothing has changed. He's tried this several times on different days but still no change. Any ideas?
